The role of Customer Advisor for Individuals combines two essential pillars of the relationship with our clients:
• The Human Pillar: relationship skills, customer service, empathy, trust
• The Financial Pillar: risk analysis and management, commercial development
As a Customer Advisor for Individuals, you will support your clients at every stage of their lives. You contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty by responding to their needs and offering them adapted products and services.
Your main daily tasks will be to:
• Advise clients and market products and services tailored to each individual (mortgage, consumer credit, insurance, savings, etc.)
• Manage regular accounts and follow up on each file
• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients by applying KYC (Know Your Customer) methods.

Candidate criteria:
Minimum education level:
High School Diploma
Training/Specialization:
Graduated with a minimum high school diploma, with at least 1 year of banking experience in customer relations
Minimum experience level: 0 - 2 years

• Your adaptability allows you to respond effectively to varied situations and specific client needs.
