Solution Analyst

MRI Software is looking for a Solutions Analyst to join MRI's Global Professional Services (GPS) organization. This highly visible role requires ongoing interaction with MRI departments, client executives, and prospective new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, proactive, motivated by learning, and comfortable taking charge of initiatives and managing them to completion.

As part of the GPS Operations Management team, the Solutions Analyst plays a crucial role in the success of MRI's GPS organization.

Position hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (EST) and South African Public Holidays.

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to create Statement of Work and Fee Estimates for Professional Services projects using MS Excel and MS Word, ensuring terms are clear, comprehensive, and compliant with company policies.
• Assist with planning and scheduling of resources for project work.
• Prepare detailed progress and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients, using data from project management tools.
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure they have all necessary materials, information, and resources to deliver high-quality service.
• Create Professional Services contracts, Statements of Work, and Pricing Proposals using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ensure consultants and managers are positioned for success.
• Maintain Suite Projects Pro, , and other MRI Global Professional Services systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize these systems to track project performance, forecast resource needs, and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities for improving internal processes and workflows to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices and streamline operations.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Extremely proficient with MS Office.
• Experience identifying and analyzing inefficiencies in processes and workflows and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Very tactical and detail-oriented, with high value on order, accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Responsive to the needs of customers.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Comfortable and capable of multi-tasking.
• Interest in career advancement within the organization, demonstrating willingness to take on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
• Familiarity with Suite Projects Pro, , and Power BI.
