The CEO Office Solution Partner works directly with the Head of CEO Office on the highest-priority initiatives at Organik Kimya — special projects, growth projects, pricing, and commercial transformation. This is not a reporting role. It is an insight-generation and execution role: turning ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, sharp recommendations, and tracked actions that move the needle for the CEO and the Management Team.
You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — close enough to the data to find the answer, close enough to the business to make it happen.
What You'll Do- Drive special projects end-to-end — scope the problem, structure the analysis, deliver the recommendation, and track execution to outcome
- Support growth and pricing initiatives — build the analytical backbone for revenue growth, margin improvement, and pricing strategy projects across business units and regions
- Prepare executive-grade materials — synthesize complex topics into crisp memos, decks, and briefings for the CEO, Management Team, and Board
- Own action tracking — translate decisions into concrete owners, milestones, and follow-through; chase progress until things close
- Coordinate cross-functionally — work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and BU leaders to gather inputs, align on findings, and drive implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a strong university; MBA or Master’s a plus
- Up to 3 years in top-tier management consulting, revenue growth, or in-house strategy / corporate development at a reputable corporate
- Exposure to Revenue Growth Management, pricing, commercial excellence, or growth strategy projects is a strong plus
- Industrial, chemicals, or B2B manufacturing background is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills — comfortable with Excel modeling, data interpretation, and hypothesis-driven problem solving
- Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication — can build a clean, persuasive deck without supervision
- Insight-generation mindset — naturally asks "so what?" and "what should we do?" rather than stopping at the data
- Action-tracking discipline — gets things done; comfortable chasing, nudging, and closing loops with various stakeholders
- AI-fluent — uses AI tools as a daily productivity multiplier, not as a curiosity
- Creative thinking — can connect dots across functions and propose non-obvious solutions
- High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Direct exposure to the CEO and Management Team from day one
- Broad mandate across the most strategic topics at Organik Kimya — pricing, growth, strategy and transformation
