Position: Career Pathways Program Associate (Remote)
Support transformative Career Pathways initiatives with World Education Services as a Program Associate in a remote setting. Drive engagement with partners and optimize project workflows to achieve outcomes.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, this remote position requires at least three years of administrative coordination experience, with a preference for those familiar with immigration and workforce development.

Your role will enhance systematic implementation and focus on stakeholder collaboration across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workplans and track key project milestones

• Support multi-stakeholder engagements and collaboration

• Track and document learnings for continuous improvement

• Organize logistical elements of convenings and events

• Ensure timely and efficient communication across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience needed

• 3+ years in program coordination or workforce management

• Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders

• Experience with CRM systems and technology tools
