Overview
Location:
Charlotte, NC. Hybrid schedule with a few days in the office and some remote work.
- Assist BC leadership in developing and executing the enterprise business continuity program, policies, and procedures.
- Lead training and education for BC stakeholders.
- Support analysis and reporting routines related to business continuity.
- Participate in incident response or crisis management as needed.
- Report to the Manager of the BC team.
- Detail-oriented and thorough; able to balance routine program execution with opportunities for enhancement.
- Able to build collaborative, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in crisis management and business continuity.
