This is a strategic role focused on maintaining critical operations during and after disruptions such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other crises. The Senior Business Continuity Associate will assist in ensuring the firm can respond quickly and efficiently, and resume operations after disruptions within expectations.
Job Responsibilities- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including Business Impact Analysis and identification of recovery time/point objectives.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, working with stakeholders to ensure recovery strategies (e.g., geographical handoffs, work from home) are tested regularly.
- Deliver training programs to employees on business continuity requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, senior managers, and external partners to ensure alignment with firmwide BCP requirements.
- 3-5 years of business continuity experience.
- In-depth understanding of business continuity/crisis management strategies.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.
- Consulting experience preferred.
- Experience in mass communication tools.
- 24/7 availability for business continuity/crisis management support.
- 20-25% travel may be required.
Compensation Range: $81,900 - $139,700. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
