Director, Product Strategy and Operations

About the Role

Live Ramp’s product organization is a cross‑functional force working closely with Engineering, Commercial, Product Intelligence, Corporate Development, and Finance to drive how we build, ship, and grow. This role serves as the CPO’s right hand and the operational backbone of the product org, ensuring that leadership can focus on the hardest decisions, the most important priorities, and the biggest opportunities.

• Operational Excellence – Own the rhythm of the product org: planning cycles, OKR‑setting, business reviews, and cross‑functional operating cadences; ensure every team has clear outcomes, unambiguous ownership, and a shared understanding of their quarterly goals; identify bottlenecks, decision points, and accountability gaps and drive resolution.
• Strategic Leverage for the CPO – Act as a force multiplier by taking the hardest cross‑functional problems and driving them to resolution; help formulate strategies, frame trade‑offs, and build the plans that translate direction into action; prepare the CPO for key moments such as leadership forums, board conversations, and org decisions with the clarity and structure needed to move fast.
• Outcomes‑Driven Culture – Champion a shift to a culture where teams own outcomes, not just outputs; lead the OKR process end‑to‑end: help teams debate the right metrics, set ambitious but grounded goals, and hold themselves accountable to measuring progress; continuously improve how we operate by building habits that make us faster, clearer, and more aligned.
• TPM Function (Potential) – May directly lead the Technical Program Management team, and at a minimum define what TPMs and teams need to produce to run the business well and drive the outcomes we care about.

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a high‑execution operator role in a technology company.
• Direct experience owning or deeply influencing a business rhythm: planning, OKRs, business reviews, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Track record of making complex organizations move faster and with more clarity.
• Strong strategic instincts – able to move from problem to plan quickly.
• Entrepreneurial energy – startup experience or a founder mindset is a strong plus.
• Ability to influence without authority across all functions and levels of seniority.

• Competitive base salary range of $235,000 to $363,000.
