Global Sales Coordinator; Consumer Fragrance

Based at the beautiful Bell Works campus in Holmdel, New Jersey, the Global Sales Coordinator - Consumer Fragrance plays a key role in supporting global customers and driving cross‑functional collaboration.

• Coordinate global fragrance development projects, partnering with internal teams such as perfumers, laboratories, marketing, production, and customer service.
• Drive project tracking, submissions, and follow'ups to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Organize and support customer meetings, including preparing materials, coordinating samples, and documenting outcomes.
• Manage daily shipments, including sample labeling and shipping documentation.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service by supporting requests related to pricing, documentation, fragrance oils, and samples.
• Manage project administration activities, including entering and updating project data, monitoring timelines, and maintaining records.
• Ensure data accuracy in systems such as SAP (enterprise resource planning system), Business Warehouse (data reporting system), and pricing tools.
• Support regulatory and safety compliance by preparing documentation and coordinating updates to customer portfolios.

Required:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with SAP or similar systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
