Insurance Team Lead

Summary:

The Insurance Team Lead will lead group of similar employees from a specific product line within Huntington Insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Will lead the colleagues in Service Excellence and provide needed training and ensure operational efficiencies within that group.

+ Career path to Section Manager.

+ This position will gradually take on supervisory responsibilities as leadership skills develop under the guidance of Section Manager.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience

+ High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ P&C Insurance License

+ Excellent Verbal and Written skills, including professional grammar and demeanor

+ Effective at multi-tasking

+ Proven track-record of meeting production goals
