CRM System, Sales Analyst
Sales Operations Specialist supports the effectiveness of the sales organization by coordinating enablement programs, improving operational processes, maintaining key sales data, and helping execute strategic sales initiatives. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of our sales organization. You are proactive, communicative, resourceful, and detail‑oriented. Equally important, you exercise strong judgment—knowing when to lead, when to collaborate, and when to provide seamless support behind the scenes to help the team operate at its best.
Please note:
This is a hybrid role and requires working from our Denver office at least two days per week.
- Training & Communications: Coordinate onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs; create and maintain training materials; and manage internal sales communications across written, recorded, and live formats. Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze sales processes and operational metrics to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency. Help document and improve sales processes to standardize workflows and make day‑to‑day work more repeatable.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain sales data quality, prepare recurring reports and dashboards, support Salesforce data hygiene, and assist with forecasting or pipeline reporting.
- Project Coordination: Support key initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, communicating progress, and following up on action items to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and/or a similar role within a sales‑driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation development, and professional business communications.
- Highly organized and self‑motivated, with strong prioritization, multitasking, and time‑management skills. Process‑oriented and adaptable to evolving business needs and processes.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred; experience with any CRM platform is required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work and supporting the success of the broader organization.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and effectively manage multiple deadlines.

Experience with Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive, is a plus.
Comfortable presenting information in one‑on‑one, small group, larger team, and recorded settings.
Experience supporting process improvement and change management initiatives is preferred.
