Based at the beautiful Bell Works campus in Holmdel, New Jersey, the Global Sales Coordinator – Consumer Fragrance plays a key role in supporting global customers and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
In this position, you will coordinate multiple fragrance development projects while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth execution across internal teams.
- Coordinate global fragrance development projects, partnering with internal teams such as perfumers, laboratories, marketing, production, and customer service.
- Drive project tracking, submissions, and follow‑ups to ensure timely delivery and execution.
- Organize and support customer meetings, including preparing materials, coordinating samples, and documenting outcomes.
- Manage daily shipments, including sample labeling and shipping documentation.
- Deliver best‑in‑class customer service by supporting requests related to pricing, documentation, fragrance oils, and samples.
- Manage project administration activities, including entering and updating project data, monitoring timelines, and maintaining records.
- Ensure data accuracy in systems such as SAP (enterprise resource planning system), Business Warehouse (data reporting system), and pricing tools.
- Support regulatory and safety compliance by preparing documentation and coordinating updates to customer portfolios.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with SAP or similar systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

- Salary range: $52,556 – $75,080 USD.
