Inventory Clerk
We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our Power Plant team in Pecos, Texas.
What will you be doingAs an Inventory Clerk, you will manage the day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities of the site warehouse to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Establishing and maintaining procedures to optimize space, count efficiency, and retrieval tracking.
- Resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
- Ensuring stock levels meet operational demands while avoiding overstocking or shortages.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records across systems such as SAP and Maximo.
- Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of materials and verifying incoming goods against purchase documentation.
- Ensuring all items are properly labeled, stored, and handled according to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Maintenance Management Systems (SAP or MAXIMO) preferred.
