Continuous Improvement Lead

Position: Continuous Improvement Lead Hybrid Role
Elevate service quality as a Continuous Improvement Lead in a hybrid environment. Drive efficiency, partner with key teams, and transform service delivery to enhance customer outcomes.

In this impactful role, you will utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies to analyze Technical Service processes. With a minimum of 5 years in continuous improvement, you will lead initiatives that boost efficiency and reduce administrative burdens. Cross-team collaboration is vital, ensuring all stakeholders contribute to prioritizing projects based on business feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Technical Service processes to find inefficiencies

• Lead process improvement initiatives for service quality

• Collaborate with various stakeholders on project prioritization

• Manage training and communication for adoption of changes

• Create and track performance baselines and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

• At least 5 years of continuous improvement experience

• Proven track record of measurable process improvements

• Proficiency in Excel or Power BI for analysis

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
