Opportunity

We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Business Development (BD) Specialist to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of any of our offices in Arizona, Colorado, or Utah.

Your

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development activities aligned with the firm’s strategic plan, including market research, opportunity tracking, and pursuit planning.
  • Help maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication, meeting coordination, and follow‑up.
  • Track business development activities and outcomes in CRM or pursuit‑tracking systems.
  • Contribute to and maintain firmwide branding strategies, and internal and external communications.
  • Contribute to maintaining effective working relationships with clients, teaming partners, and vendors, and develop new relationships to uncover untapped opportunities.
  • Provide proposal support to the Marketing Team.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5‑7 years of related experience in BD, proposal development, or related experience, preferably in the consulting and/or Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and organized.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multi‑task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to conferences and client meetings as needed.
  • Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Compensation – This is a full‑time position paid on a salaried basis between $60,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
