Building Reports is seeking a proactive Member Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for service members in the Midwest region. You will support deployment, growth, and retention of membership across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) and the ability to plan visits independently, with remote work allowed and a focus on educating members on Building Reports
