Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent at Baires DevAs a Corporate Travel Agent, you will be responsible for international travel arrangements both for our clients and employees, showcasing your expertise in understanding diverse cultures, time zones, and travel regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will be anything but routine, ranging from booking flights and accommodations to coordinating transportation and crafting detailed itineraries. The key to your success will be in building strong relationships, as you work closely with stakeholders to establish trustful, meaningful, and professional connections across all areas of the company.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and many other services according to requirements and budget needs.
- Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
- Analyze, coordinate, and manage existing processes, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the rules and regulations regarding various travel methods and requirements, including passport and visa laws, travel regulations of governments in many destinations, and tariffs.
- Lead visa strategy executions, arrange and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials.
- Document and update processes of the area while taking ownership and proposing improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate travel.
- 4+ years of experience in travel planning.
- Good level of English.
- 100% remote work (from anywhere).
- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred.
