Overview
The Business Analyst will work on diverse projects, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams such as Project Management, Development, QA, Sales, and Leadership in a dynamic environment.
They will gather detailed business requirements, develop clear documentation (business requirements, user stories, wireframes, specifications), and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage client expectations and coordinate across teams.
- Support product management and create user guides and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant field).
- 7-10 years of software project experience.
- Agile familiarity; excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical skills, and expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and user experience principles.
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented with industry experience preferred.
