The purpose of this role is to lead and support the delivery of captive insurance. Supporting current and prospective clients with the RFP process, delivery of sales enablement tools, and supporting the sales process.

This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week - The salary range for this role is between $130,500-$195,500
- Collaborate with current and prospective clients on captive insurance throughout the sales process.
- Support the intake of RFPs from the producers and deliver to the underwriting team.
- Support the underwriting team on the goals and targets of the opportunity for Agora as well as unique program build opportunities.
- Use existing sales enablement tools to enhance the delivery of proposals to our producer partners.
- Manage projects focused on captive insurance and collaborate with QBE captive business development leaders.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Working knowledge of BI, visualization, and analytical reporting tools.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Team.
- Experience with medical stop loss, employee benefits markets, and underwriting philosophy.
Salary is within the range stated above and will be decided based on role complexity, location, and candidate background. Eligible employees also receive QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
