The Founding Digital Experience Fellow is an internship role responsible for supporting the design, development, and evaluation of digital experiences across Sage Lex Nova’s platforms and programs. In this remote position, the fellow will help research user needs, map stakeholder journeys, and contribute to the creation of content, interfaces, and interaction flows that advance organizational intelligence and leadership development initiatives. Day‑to‑day tasks may include assisting with user research and data analysis, drafting and refining digital content, supporting the design of learning and consulting experiences, and collaborating with team members on prototypes and pilots.
The fellow will also help document insights, prepare presentations and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital tools and resources. This role offers exposure to AI governance, organizational development, and evidence‑based innovation while working closely with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to conduct research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into user‑centered digital experiences.
- Skills in writing, editing, and structuring clear, engaging content for web, learning, or product environments.
- Familiarity with digital design, user experience, or product thinking, including journey mapping and interaction design.
- Interest in leadership, AI, organizational development, or innovation, with the ability to learn complex concepts quickly.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative setting, managing priorities, and communicating proactively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience or coursework in fields such as design, psychology, communication, information science, business, public policy, or related disciplines is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continuous learning in technology and organizational contexts.
