Working closely with engineering, design, clinical, and business teams, you will help define product strategy and prioritize initiatives that create measurable value.

Accountabilities:

The Product Manager will own key product initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define solutions, manage priorities, and deliver impactful features throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap while prioritizing initiatives that improve user experience, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring development efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Translate complex healthcare, clinical, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, engineering teams, designers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver scalable products.
  • Act as a bridge between clinical users and technical teams, ensuring solutions address real‑world healthcare challenges.
  • Lead product release planning and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor healthcare trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support continuous product improvement.
  • Partner with product leadership to refine roadmap planning and maintain alignment with strategic priorities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated product professional with experience managing technology products and a strong interest in healthcare innovation. They should combine analytical thinking, communication skills, and customer empathy to drive successful product outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams with engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, clinical informatics, electronic health records (EHR), or digital health is highly valued.
  • Ability to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to understand user experiences and challenges.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning and solving challenging healthcare problems.
