Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Bus. Admin, Fin'ce or rel. field & 6 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation: utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex fin'l models; building comparable valuation sheets & macroeconomic databases; conducting primary & secondary research by interviewing company mgmt, industry contacts, research analysts & investors; utilizing Excel, Bloomberg, & Visible Alpha to build complex fin'l models to forecast indiv company KPIs;

compiling data sets incl Global Domestic Product (GDP), Consumer Price Index (CPI), Producer Price Index (PPI), Heating Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors Int'l (HARDI) monthly shipment data, Air-Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) monthly shipment data, ACT Research class 8, class 5-7 & reefer build data, Dodge Construction Put in Place (CPIP) data, Archit'l Billing Index (ABI), & Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) data, to dvlp proprietary view of economic conditions;

& anlyzg fiscal & monetary policy decisions made by gov't & Federal Reserve & dvlpng view of their impact on stocks & broader economy. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Offered salary is btwn $200,000 & $225,000/yr. 40 hrs/wk.
