About this role
The Courier Pay Analyst sits within the Delivery Operations subteam at JET Logistics, reporting to the Manager, Courier Pay.
You will own the analysis and recommendation of courier incentive and pay models across Canada, designing experiments, evaluating what works, and proposing data‑driven strategies that shape our courier supply competitiveness.
Day‑to‑day, you will deploy incentive packages, run post‑analysis on experiments and BAU activities, and collaborate with scheduling and insights teams to anticipate network needs. You will also play a key role in the rollout of our Courier Pay tools.
Stakeholder communication is a large part of the job. You will translate complex data into clear recommendations for market teams and senior leadership, and act as the go‑to point of contact for pay‑related initiatives across Canada.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in Toronto or Winnipeg, 2 days working from home.
Reporting to: Manager, Courier Pay.
Key Ingredients to the role Strategic- Analyze the effectiveness of courier pay & incentives and test incentive models to achieve the best performance outcomes.
- Work closely with global courier pay and delivery planning teams to incorporate best practices in Canada.
- Deploy incentive packages and run post‑analysis on experiments and routine activities.
- Anticipate network needs in partnership with scheduling and insights teams.
- 3+ years of experience in business or operations analytics, with a proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations.
- SQL proficiency (including multi‑CTE queries and window functions) and expertise in Google Sheets or Excel for financial modelling.
- Strong analytical instincts with a history of identifying performance anomalies, diagnosing root causes, and delivering findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini to build, train, and automate agentic tools.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport and drive accountability.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or similar improvement frameworks is an asset.

Compensation range: $70,000 - $75,000 (may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity)
