• Supervise hourly personnel on the Contract Management team
• Perform customer service tasks to resolve contractual issues for clients, company personnel, and subcontract partners
• Manage I9 review and identification badging processes for internal and subcontract personnel
• Ensure contract documents are properly input and updated in company systems
• Prepare and publish performance reports for company leadership
• Perform periodic contract compliance audits
• Oversee subcontractor insurance compliance, including review of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Develop, document, and maintain Contract Management team processes
• Assume additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
• Experience administering contracts
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Business Applications (Excel, Smartsheets, Google Sheets)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient and effective remote work capability
