A local company in Pensacola, FL is seeking a proactive and team-oriented Online Store Manager to oversee the online sales operations. The ideal candidate will identify high-value donations, manage listings across multiple platforms, and ensure smooth order processing and customer service. This position requires a strong sense of ethics, adaptability, and experience in online selling.

• Identify high-value soft goods such as clothing, shoes, and purses for online posting and sale.
• Manage online sales accounts on platforms like eBay, Big Commerce, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the in-store team for accurate product information.
• Process online orders promptly, including packaging, shipping, and tracking.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive feedback.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends, competition, and best practices to enhance online presence.

• Ability to read and write fluently.
• Valid Florida driver’s license or comparable ; insurable if driving is required.
• Ability to adapt to changing donation volumes and variety.
• Experience in online selling preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasional heavier loads.
• Flexibility to work in an environment that may include humid conditions, fumes, or chemicals.

• Pay Rate: $15/hour
