As the Apprenticeship Advisor, you will work closely with apprentices and industry sponsors, addressing barriers and promoting inclusion. Fostering relationships, particularly with Indigenous communities, is a crucial part of this role. Guiding apprentices through their journey will also be essential for their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regional meetings to identify apprenticeship challenges

• Build relationships with Indigenous communities for training expansion

• Offer targeted support to apprentices facing challenges

• Advise sponsors and apprentices with complex queries

• Develop communication tools for stakeholder support

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or relevant trades certification

• 5 to 7 years of leadership and advisory experience

• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships

• Technologically adept for remote work settings

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
