We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Reporting & Analytics Manager to build and lead the reporting framework that powers data-driven decision-making across the global FIFA partnership.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will collaborate with senior leaders across marketing, finance, and analytics to ensure consistent, accurate measurement of performance and ROI. What You’ll Do Reporting Governance & Coordination- Lead day-to-day coordination of global reporting processes across geographies, business groups, marketing, and finance teams
- Establish reporting timelines, data submission standards, and communication protocols
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all reporting inputs
- Maintain documentation, data definitions, and governance models
- Aggregate and validate data from multiple sources to support performance and ROI measurement
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks—and partner with stakeholders to resolve them
- Analyze trends and deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making
- Create executive-level reports and presentations that translate data into clear, compelling narratives
- Build and manage reporting cadences, checkpoints, and working sessions
- Track dependencies, deliverables, and action items across teams
- Proactively identify risks and escape with recommended solutions
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and measurement strategies
- Drive alignment across global stakeholders without direct authority
- Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Strategy teams
- Facilitate working sessions to solve challenges and maintain momentum
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or marketing operations
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder reporting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with marketing performance metrics, ROI analysis, and executive reporting
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and reporting
- Experience supporting large-scale marketing programs, sponsor ships, or global events
- Background working in global, matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, and ROI methodologies
- Work on a globally recognized sports partnership tied to FIFA
- Gain exposure to senior leadership and high-impact decision-making
- Help shape the reporting infrastructure for a major, ongoing marketing investment
- Fully remote flexibility with a competitive hourly rate
Pay per hour: $50.00 per hour
