Product Manager

The Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to join our growing product team and help define modern product management. You will own transforming how our team works and shaping product features, especially AI‑powered ones.

You’ll be the internal champion for using AI to improve product team efficiency.

• Prototyping: synthesize research transcripts into AI‑generated concepts and build functional prototypes.
• Sprint planning: accelerate PRD drafts, sharpen acceptance criteria, surface patterns in customer feedback.
• Release notes & product marketing: own the full cycle—draft, refine, publish faster.
• Tool scouting: continuously evaluate new AI tools and share those that improve PM and design velocity.

• Partner with engineering to define, spec, and ship AI‑native features inside QBench.
• Engage customers to uncover pain points where AI can remove bottlenecks.
• Own execution of the AI roadmap from concept to launch.

• Write clear, well‑scoped PRDs and user stories.
• Keep roadmap items well‑defined and execution‑ready.
• Track delivery progress and proactively remove blockers.
• Run structured discovery: user interviews, competitive analysis.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, CS, and engineering.
• Track adoption and success metrics post‑launch and iterate based on data.

Systems thinker. You identify friction points and scale improvements.

Customer‑obsessed. You run interviews, synthesize feedback, and translate data into direction.

• Shipped AI features that cut hours from customer workflows.
• Product team measurable faster due to systems you implemented.
• Own AI feature execution with deep customer insight.
• Repeatedly closed the gap between customer pain points and shipped solutions.

• AI assistants:
  Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for drafting, synthesis, research, and ideation.
• AI‑native PM workflows:
  Claude Cowork, Figma Make.
• Prototyping & design:
  Figma, Claude Code.
• Emerging AI tools; open to experimentation.

• 2–5 years in B2B SaaS Product Management, ideally in complex or technical domains.
• Experience using AI tools in professional workflows.
• Strong modern product UX practice knowledge.
• Experience building internal AI automation processes.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Remote‑first environment collaboration.
• Able to work within US‑based time zones.

Bonus points:

• Workflow‑heavy or regulated industry experience.
• Experience in LIMS, laboratory software, or complex B2B systems.

• Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000.
