This role partners with the L&D hub to deliver practical practicum and shadowing experiences aligned with Habitat’s purpose.
You will conduct competency reviews, signoffs, and work closely with Center Leaders and People Team to ensure role readiness and continuous improvement. Remote travel is involved.
