Job Description
About Momentum ITSMA
Momentum's mission is clear: to empower organizations to center everything they do on clients and cultivate stronger, more resilient relationships. We understand that relationships require dedication and effort to thrive. They can easily stagnate, sour, or fade away if not nurtured and evolved over time. Our client growth services across consulting, research, learning and content help companies outperform the market by connecting with clients on a new level, making each one feel unique and building win‑win relationships that last.
As we continue on our ambitious journey, we are poised to expand our passionate, diverse, and talented team to turn our vision into reality. If you're driven to make a meaningful impact, relentlessly curious, and brimming with entrepreneurial spirit, we invite you to join us.

- Own the responsibility of gathering, synthesizing, and maintaining a rich set of insights around a portfolio of clients, their business environments, challenges, and growth contexts, to inform future consulting and advisory delivery.
- Work closely with the practice to support account expansion and proposal development.
