What will you be doing? Engagement DeliveryOwn deliverables and/or manage small work streams in client engagements, business development, and practice development initiatives. Deliver high‑quality outputs on time to meet or exceed client expectations.
People DevelopmentMonitor and support team members, accelerate their development through coaching and skills transfer.
Anaplan Development ExpertiseDemonstrate application knowledge of Anaplan and best‑practice principles when executing development tasks, and support Anaplan GTM propositions and asset development.
Business DevelopmentContribute to establishing and developing internal and external relationships and support senior team members in shaping, developing, contributing to, and presenting proposals/bids for future work.
What will you need to do it? Client Delivery- Experience of Anaplan development work in major and complex transformation programs/projects.
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder qualification and strong knowledge of the platform’s functionalities.
- Experience of Finance use cases in Anaplan (Income Statement forecasting, cost allocations, workforce‑cost planning) and associated reporting packages.
- Troubleshoot problems and fixes for bugs identified across testing cycles/environments and Go‑Live in an agile manner.
- Good knowledge of financial processes, including Integrated Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
- Good understanding of issues and challenges facing Finance functions, Finance business partnering and trends in Finance.
- Build positive and collaborative relationships with client stakeholders.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet project requirements.
- Good communicator able to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships.
- Evidence of being an active listener, strong team player and willingness to develop new skills and capabilities.
- Support Partners and Directors in driving business development and sales activities.
- Support responses to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Support activities that contribute to the growth of the strategic alliance with Anaplan.
- Support management with internal operational responsibilities for the team.
- Support delivery of initiatives that will promote and grow the EPM practice internally and externally.
- Contribute to formal training, knowledge sharing, networking activities for the team.
- Take part in internal initiatives that strengthen culture, job satisfaction and wellbeing within the team.
