Job DescriptionThe team is looking for a Conference Producer to join the team who can demonstrate their finger on the pulse of our fast‑paced and ever‑changing industry.
The successful candidate will confidently engage expert speakers worldwide, sell the unique opportunity to showcase their knowledge, and manage speakers and the order of show on‑site.
Key Responsibilities Conference Production- Produce high‑level industry conference programmes.
- Liaise with key professionals, institutions, and companies to shape programmes.
- Engage and confirm attendance of recommended speakers.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date speaker database for event management.
- Prepare and communicate creative briefs to the Marketing team.
- Assist in providing leads to the sponsorship team and attend sales meetings as appropriate.
- Mentor other conference producers within the team.
- Conduct post‑show analysis, including job‑title analysis.
- Research topics with relevant industry professionals and the target market.
- Develop new conference ideas and program content through meetings and tele‑research.
- Collaborate with the Director and sales team members to generate ideas for enhancing the conference portfolio.
- Identify key opinion leaders, institutions, and companies related to the event.
- Build and maintain relationships to develop conferences with relevant topics and speakers.
- Explore additional add‑ons and ways to attract more delegates (e.g., workshops, poster sessions, partnerships with associations).
- Liaise and network with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates on‑site to maintain service standards, resolve queries, and gather feedback.
- Assist with on‑site duties as required, which may involve longer working hours.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience Essential- Minimum two years of conference production experience.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English to individuals and groups.
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Commercial awareness.
- Research‑based role experience.
- Copy‑writing skills.
- Brand and market awareness.
- Industry/event knowledge in investment and startup ecosystem, gaming/esports, or security sectors.
- Prior conference production role.
- Medical insurance for individual and family.
- Annual leave – 25 days.
- School fees contribution, 40,000 SAR per child per year, up to three children.
