Mainstay, a division of Lemnis, is seeking a Partner Operations Manager for a full-time, primarily remote position. You will support engagement platforms, manage partner workflows, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with the Partnership Director to optimize partner success.
With 2+ years in customer success or partner ops, you will help drive Net Revenue Retention, report on performance, and educate partners on Generative AI features; you’ll contribute to renewals and strategic reviews.
