This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of customer experience and AI-driven product innovation within a global enterprise environment. In this role, you will lead the activation of strategic partnerships, internal tools, and transformative product initiatives from concept through commercialization. Working at the intersection of product strategy, operations, and go-to-market execution, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to drive business impact.

The position offers significant visibility, influence, and the chance to build scalable product governance frameworks. Ideal for a strategic and execution-focused leader, this role combines long‑term vision with hands‑on program delivery in a fast‑paced and highly collaborative setting.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the evaluation, onboarding, and activation of new vendor partnerships and internal tools, from initial scoping to post-launch optimization.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps across short- and long-term horizons, aligning priorities with commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration among business development, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate executive-level presentations, working sessions, and governance processes to maintain visibility and momentum on key initiatives.
  • Partner with product marketing teams to create enablement materials, sales collateral, onboarding resources, and external communications.
  • Collaborate with finance and commercial stakeholders to establish pricing structures, commission models, and revenue processes for new offerings.
  • Identify pilot opportunities, define success metrics, and oversee deployment programs to validate product-market fit and operational readiness.
  • Build and maintain product toolkits, playbooks, governance frameworks, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Establish and manage centralized PMO intake processes and governance models for new products and partnership initiatives.
  • Mentor and support product team members by promoting best practices in product thinking, stakeholder management, and structured delivery.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in product strategy, program management, and enterprise transformation, combined with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

  • 8–12 years of experience in product management, program management, product operations, or related strategic roles within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading centralized PMO functions, governance processes, and cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products or activating strategic partnerships in complex organizational settings.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across go-to-market, commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable plans and compelling narratives.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, customer experience technologies, contact center solutions, or business process outsourcing environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience with pilot programs, partner onboarding, or enterprise deployment initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation technologies, workforce management platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
  • Consulting or business transformation experience, along with exposure to revenue operations or channel programs, is a plus.
Benefits
  • Flexible remote work arrangement within Canada, with optional office collaboration opportunities.
  • Opportunity to play a founding role in building and shaping a centralized Product Management Office.
  • Exposure to high‑impact AI and customer experience transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.
  • Significant visibility and collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a globally recognized digital and technology organization.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and people‑focused work environment.
  • Access to large-scale transformation projects, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies.
  • Inclusive culture that values continuous learning, innovation, and career development.
