• Develop and execute data-driven growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze acquisition and marketing channels and optimize budget allocation to maximize performance and ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, experimentation and continuous optimization.
• Monitor and improve key growth KPIs across the customer journey.
• Drive optimization initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage communication with internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of scalable growth processes and demonstrate leadership potential for future team responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Strategy, Business Development or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with budgeting, channel performance analysis and optimization.
  
  Ability to generate actionable insights from data and translate them into business impact.
• Experience with Excel, Google Analytics tools is a plus.
