Job Overview

Mid Level or Senior Home Office MPS Specialists. Locations:
Berkeley, MO;
Ridley Park, PA;
Huntsville, AL;
Seattle, WA;
Mesa, AZ. This position is 100% onsite and for 1st shift.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) functional users to develop future‑state business processes and system requirements for Interorganizational Work Authorization (IWA) and sales order management, supporting end‑to‑end testing scenarios.
  • Serve as the IWA and IP&S Home Office Subject Matter Expert (SME) by understanding the IWA lifecycle and providing user support for BRAIDSS and Compass contract workflows, including order management and issue resolution.
  • Use data analytics to collect, clean, and validate scheduling data from various sources to ensure consistent planning and reporting outputs.
  • Assess and implement process improvements to enhance schedule simulations and forecasting accuracy.
Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 3
  • Independently develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program or project requirements in accordance with industry standards.
  • Perform trend, variance, impact studies and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives.
  • Create schedule reports, metrics, change activity, and communicate and update the plan regularly throughout the program or project lifecycle.
  • Improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
  • Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
  • Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Assist customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensure that all project control systems support ongoing stakeholder needs.
Position Responsibilities – Senior Level 4
  • Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs, and change‑driven activities in accordance with industry standards.
  • Lead studies, trend/variance/impact analyses, risk assessments, and planning efforts to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives.
  • Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation plans, and refine the business case.
  • Develop and establish lead‑time requirements.
  • Facilitate and ensure integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, and best‑practice processes across the industry.
  • Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
  • Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in Program Planning, Project Management, Integrated Scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Operations, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience working with large data sets to clean, transform, and produce standardized outputs for business tools or reporting.
  • 1+ year of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of production scheduling methodology and/or BRAIDSS, including the IWA process, or the ability to quickly learn these processes.
  • Working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) demand planning systems.
  • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects, including designing test scenarios, conducting integration testing, and documenting system acceptance criteria for order flows and scheduling data.
