Junior Product Manager At Prima, Product Managers help teams make better decisions by bringing clarity, structure, and a strong focus on users, business impact, and technology. As part of the product team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our initiatives and internal products to achieve concrete business solutions and outcomes. You will grow your product skills working on concrete problems, closely partnering with engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do Support product discovery by contributing to qualitative and quantitative analysis, user research, and synthesis of insights.
Collaborate on day‑to‑day delivery activities within a cross‑functional squad, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and analytics.
Contribute to planning by helping structure scope, track progress, and surface risks or dependencies early.
Test new features and make sure delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
Define and monitor success metrics for the features you support, helping the team learn from launches and iterate.
What We’re Looking For Strong academic background in STEM disciplines.

Strong analytical and structured thinking: you can break down problems, ask good questions, and reason clearly even when information is incomplete.
Comfort working with data: you understand why metrics matter and are motivated to use data to support decisions.
Curiosity and learning agility: you enjoy understanding users, systems, and business problems, and you learn quickly from feedback.
Execution mindset: you are reliable, organized, and comfortable following through on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Nice‑to‑have Early experience in product management or adjacent roles.
Experience working with software teams, or agile environments.
Exposure to coding, Machine Learning/AI, analytics, or dashboarding tools.
Fluency in Italian or Spanish in addition to English.
