In this pivotal role, you'll define and execute the global sales enablement strategy with a focus on driving revenue performance across all regions. Your expertise will ensure our sales organization is equipped with the necessary tools and frameworks. Work closely with both the Product and Sales Leadership teams to create effective enablement programs that translate business strategy into structured initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define global sales enablement strategy and priorities
• Oversee product enablement for messaging consistency
• Manage and launch global go-to-market readiness
• Develop sales enablement programs for onboarding and skills
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations for process adoption
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in sales enablement or sales operations
• 5-8 years in supervisory roles overseeing cross-functional teams
• Experience in B2B technology, IoT, or SaaS preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational strategy skills
• Professional sales methodology certifications are an asset
