This position is a pivotal role in managing grant activities for impactful community programs. As a Grants Associate, you'll oversee the grant lifecycle, from application tracking to payment coordination. You’ll also work closely with teams to enhance operational efficiency and support applicants and funding recipients, ensuring alignment with equity-driven practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate full grant lifecycle activities
• Maintain accurate grant records and documentation
• Provide guidance to applicants and funding recipients
• Enhance grant administration tools and workflows
• Conduct research on philanthropic trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years in administrative coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
