The Partner Development Manager, Asia is primarily responsible for guiding Docusign partners in building, scaling, and maturing profitable services practices around Docusign solutions. This role focuses on helping partners develop implementation, integration, and managed services offerings; define delivery methodologies and standards; and build the internal capabilities needed to deliver high‑quality customer outcomes s position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr.
Director, Channel Resell.
- Guide partners in building and scaling a profitable services practice around Docusign solutions, including implementation, integration, and managed services offerings
- Collaborate with partners to define services portfolios, service catalogs, and packaging that align to customer needs and Docusign go‑to‑market priorities
- Support partners in developing internal delivery capabilities, including hiring plans, role definitions, training paths, and competency frameworks for consultants and architects
- Work with partners to design and adopt standardized delivery methodologies and project frameworks for Docusign implementations
- Establish and promote quality standards, governance models, and best practices aligned with Docusign professional services and product guidelines
- Conduct periodic reviews of partner‑led projects to ensure adherence to standards and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Build and execute enablement plans specifically targeted at partner services and technical teams (consultants, solution architects, project managers)
- Develop and deliver training on implementation best practices, integration patterns, security and compliance considerations, and ongoing customer adoption strategies
- Drive certifications and advanced skills development to ensure partners maintain a high level of technical and delivery capability
- Collaborate with partners to develop services business plans, including revenue targets, utilization goals, pricing strategies, and investment priorities
- Provide guidance on services economics (e.g., rate cards, delivery models, margin optimization) to help partners run profitable Docusign practices, and recommend actions to improve efficiency and profitability
- Ensure partner services offerings are designed to drive strong customer outcomes, from initial deployment through ongoing adoption and expansion
- Promote partner‑led customer success motions (e.g., health checks, optimization services) that increase Docusign usage and value realization
- Gather feedback from customers and partners to refine services offerings and identify new high‑value service opportunities
- Support partners in designing robust solution architectures and integration approaches for complex customer environments
- Co‑create demo use cases and proof‑of‑concept scenarios with partners that showcase Docusign solutions in their specific domain or industry
- Maintain visibility into partner services capacity, certifications, project pipelines, and delivery outcomes
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to regional leadership on partner services performance, capability gaps, and investment needs

Hybrid:
