Eaton’s ICD is hiring a Business Transformation Leader (remote in the US with ~10% travel) to drive the Drive for Five journey to $500M revenue. You will lead end-to-end value optimization across portfolio, customers, and manufacturing, partnering with senior leaders to simplify and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities include defining 80/20 strategy, driving portfolio and SKU rationalization, and embedding lean, value-based prioritization across functions. This is a high-impact leadership role.
