Maximus is seeking a Trainer I for a seasonal, remote role lasting about 6 to 8 weeks from September through December. The position requires an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
CST, with overtime on Mondays during production and a second day in December. You will design, deliver, and coordinate training programs, manage logistics for sessions, and maintain records on participant progress and program effectiveness.
