• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Avation Management or similar.
• 2+ years of experience,
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good in personal organization and project management,
• Good written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.
• During the onboarding process, you will come to the Istanbul head office in a hybrid model.

• Organize the return processes for materials ordered under the PBH scope through the system.
• Monitor inventory to maintain optimal safety stock levels and prevent material shortages.
• Monitor and ensure the validity of suppliers’ quality documents and business licenses by tracking their expiration dates and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Communicates with suppliers in the technical operation to ensure the condition, price and deadlines of all materials and equipment that will contact the aircraft.
• Organize technical material logistics, including customs clearance, tracking, and operational management.
• Checks the material stock in technical warehouse when necessary.
• Provide real‑time status updates and technical summaries to Maintenance Technical Planning teams regarding parts availability.
• Ensure efficient outsourcing of all aircraft-related materials including equipments
