Your role will involve guiding individuals and groups through structured programs designed to support leadership, personal growth, and professional development - all on a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Support clients as they engage with structured personal growth and leadership programs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while tracking progress toward goals.

Operate with autonomy, with access to a broader team for guidance and support.

Experienced in fields such as consulting, client engagement, coaching/mentoring, marketing, or other professional roles.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable using everyday digital platforms.

Being social media savvy is useful, but being open to learning marketing skills is more important. We provide full training.

Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping others achieve their objectives.
