Franchise Business Consultant - Dunkin'(Colorado Remote

Responsibilities

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for the assigned portfolio of franchisees as set by the regional operations leader.
• Facilitate the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with franchisees to assess performance, review past commitments, and align on future goals.
• Align priority areas with franchisees to drive sales, profitability, and network growth while ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience.
• Develop coaching plans and conduct regular check‑ins to help franchisees follow through on commitments.
• Track and review ongoing data and analytics to guide franchisee actions toward their goals and commitments.
• Interpret data and provide coaching recommendations on priority actions for franchisees.
• Follow up on franchisee commitments and monitor progress through data review.
• Support franchisees in understanding remodeling and new restaurant processes; coordinate with construction teams and monitor milestones to ensure facilities meet operational specifications.
• Provide support during all remodel and new store openings.
• Facilitate communications between franchisees and cross‑functional partners based on individual goals for brand consistency, same‑store growth, and unit expansion.
• Collaborate with the Field Marketing Team on operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts.
• Monitor and support the execution of local, DMA and regional marketing plans.
• Perform restaurant evaluations as needed during the franchise business review process or based on other performance indicators.
• Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training support for franchisees.
• Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leads.
• Complete all administrative functions and responsibilities of the position in a timely manner.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; four‑year bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of supervisory management or district‑level multi‑unit operations experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time, plan, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build credibility and trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and execute plans that drive results.
• Data‑driven decision maker who can use analytics to inform actions.

Travel required – must be willing to consult with portfolio franchisees as needed based on portfolio demands.

Salary range: $94,645.80 – $ per year. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location.
