• Generalist Intern:
  Gain broad exposure by working across a range of industries, including Consumer, Financial Services, Industrials, and Software, Media & Telecom.
• Transaction Services & Private Equity (TSPE) Intern:
  Support leading private equity firms and corporate clients by conducting commercial and vendor due diligence, and identifying key levers for commercial improvement.

• Develop and implement commercial growth strategies
  • Support go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and sales effectiveness initiatives.

• Master the art & science of pricing
  • Analyze pricing data, customer need and behaviors, and market trends to develop strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.

• Turn analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to guide business decisions.

  • Work closely with clients to ensure recommendations are practical, actionable, and implemented successfully.
• Communicate insights & drive change
  • Craft compelling presentations and reports that simplify complex data into clear, impactful recommendations.
  • Participate in client workshops, discussions, and presentations, helping turn insights into execution.
