Job Description Summary

Roles and ResponsibilitiesWork as a key member of the Fossil Americas team to meet commitments, orders, sales, cash, operating profit, and margin targets for the segment.
Lead proposal generation and contract formation for upgrades, repairs, and site services projects, aligning with Company Policy 5.0 risk management and supporting the Sales team during commercial and technical negotiations.
Develop scope, cost, risk, and market/value pricing strategy for assigned opportunities, collaborating across sales, operations, and functional teams to integrate technical and commercial risks.
Prepare and lead Deal Team review process in coordination with leaders, subject matter experts, approvers, and functional teams.
Reduce cost‑of‑quality issues from inaccurate scope or poor contracting, ensuring smooth handover and release processes.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical equivalent.
3+ years in Sales/Commercial Operations, or graduate from GE leadership program with at least two commercial assignments within Energy/Industrial sectors.
Desired CharacteristicsExperience with turbines, generators, or core services in power plants.
Proven ability to estimate and manage complex proposals.
Strong planning, technical and commercial communication, and interfacing skills.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Time Management & Cross‑Functional CollaborationSelf‑starter ability to work independently and drive priorities.
Client‑service mindset with Lean continuous improvement focus.

Pay RangeCanada: $120,000 – $140,000 CAD. United States: $92,800 – $154,700 USD.
