As the Director of Global Commercial Experience Platforms, you will shape the strategy, design, adoption, and global operations of our commercial technology platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes and exceptional user experiences.
- Develop and execute the business‑side strategy for CRM (Salesforce) and adjacent commercial platforms, defining the platform roadmap around seller and customer experience.
- Translate commercial strategy into detailed business requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog for IT delivery.
- Define and maintain UX standards, interaction patterns, and workflow design principles that create a consistent, intuitive experience worldwide.
- Lead a global CRM operations workforce of 20+ people, establishing standards, regional deployment models, support expectations, and continuous improvement practices.
- Serve as the single business‑side interface to the IT organization, coordinating governance, prioritization, release planning, and outcome measurement across all experience‑related platform work.
- Drive adoption through change management, training strategy, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops to realize value across roles and regions.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and at least 10 years of relevant experience in B2B commercial operations, sales operations, customer success, channel management, CRM strategy, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Proven credibility in B2B commercial environments, influencing sales leaders and field teams on how CRM and related tools support commercial execution.
- Experience translating commercial strategy into seller‑facing workflows, platform capabilities, and adoption plans.
- Strong product‑management discipline: ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize trade‑offs, manage stakeholders, and link delivery to measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), including roadmap input, backlog prioritization, workflow design, release planning, and adoption measurement.
- Experience defining UX standards and workflow patterns for internal commercial users, and leading change management, adoption, training, and user‑feedback programs at scale.
- Track record leading global, regional, or matrixed teams, including creating operating models that balance global consistency with local flexibility.
- Executive presence and stakeholder leadership, aligning senior leaders across Commercial, IT, Customer Experience, Partner Experience, Market Intelligence, and regional teams.
- Data‑driven decision‑making skills focused on adoption, seller productivity, workflow efficiency, commercial effectiveness, and customer or partner experience outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and intelligence‑enabled commercial workflows, defining business use cases and adoption requirements without owning model development.
