Overview

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Compliance Program:
    Build and integrate governance, policies, procedures, controls, training expectations, monitoring, reporting, issue management, and continuous improvement across functional owners; formalize a scalable operating model and cadence to expand compliance across business units.
  • RBA-Defensible Framework:
    Strengthen and operationalize a framework aligned to RBA expectations for labor, ethics, health & safety, environmental responsibility, and management systems; work with functional leaders to own and drive these areas.
  • Risk and Due Diligence:
    Establish scalable processes for enterprise compliance risk assessment, supplier and third-party risk management, policy and control ownership, corrective action tracking, remediation governance, and effectiveness reporting.
  • Governance and Metrics:
    Create risk-based roadmaps with milestones, measurable outcomes, and executive visibility; develop compliance metrics demonstrating effectiveness, remediation progress, audit readiness, and leadership accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership:
    Collaborate with Legal, EHS & Sustainability, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Operations, and business leaders worldwide to translate policy requirements into clear ownership, escalation paths, and management routines; prepare materials for senior leadership and Board discussions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years in enterprise compliance, corporate compliance, ethics and compliance, responsible sourcing, supplier responsibility, legal, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience building, formalizing, or scaling compliance programs; strong familiarity with RBA expectations preferred.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations with manufacturing, technology, supply chain, or industrial operations preferred.
  • Ability to translate broad compliance expectations into practical processes, evidence requirements, metrics, and management routines; ability to engage with senior leaders while driving execution at the working level.
  • Law degree, advanced degree, or relevant compliance, audit, sustainability, or risk certification is a plus but not required.
Why This Role Is Different

This is a builder role to connect an existing compliance foundation with governance and a management system for an integrated enterprise program aligned to RBA, customer, regulatory, and internal expectations. You will help shape the next stage of enterprise compliance at Brooks by creating a defensible, measurable, scalable program embedded in how the business operates.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $ USD to $ USD. Starting pay may be affected by geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
