As a Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you will contribute toward defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products to meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires strategic thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen.

Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital product(s). - Market Research:
Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Product Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products. - Roadmap Management:
Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs. - Ongoing Management:
Write and groom user stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog with the Digital Product team. - Performance Monitoring:
Define product performance metrics and monitor performance using analytics to inform decisions. - Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners. - Budget Management:
Manage product budgets and resources efficiently. - Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams - Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity - Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred
- Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred
- Sr Cons II:
Operates as a product manager with minimal guidance; can act as a practitioner in low complexity products - Conducts appropriate product ceremonies
- Influences product direction, backlog, and roadmap
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Lead:
Operates and drives the product strategy and roadmap independently - Demonstrates refined and more advanced product management skills
- Influences across product management peers within the product family and with engineering and platform teams
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Expert:
Leads products of significant scope and complexity - Influences across ACE organization and engineering/architecture teams
- Drives optimization of product ceremonies for efficiency
- Acts as a coach and mentor to early-career product managers across ACE and broader technology
- 7+ years of product management experience

CompensationCompensation offered for this role is - annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
