Senior Product Analyst

Hybrid position based in Richfield, OH (4 days on‑site) or fully remote for eligible U.S. employees. No visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Lead the development of innovative product solutions to drive premium volume growth and maintain portfolio competitiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to design product specifications, pricing strategies, and policy language.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
• Develop and oversee strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, incorporating SWOT analyses.
• Drive the development and revision of product offerings, including rate adjustments, underwriting guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Partner with marketing, business development, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Lead the development and delivery of training programs on new products and product changes for internal teams and external agents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory updates, and market shifts to keep the product strategy competitive.
• Participate in performance coaching and talent development of direct reports, as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 13 years of underwriting or product experience; preferred experience with Commercial Auto Product, rating, drafting policy forms, and ISO.
• Professional designations (preferred): AU, CPCU, CIC, INS, ARM, CLP, or other applicable credentials.
• Advanced technical knowledge of insurance products and lines of business.
• Expert understanding of industry laws, regulations, competitive data, and industry trends.
• Advanced analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to lower‑level staff and act as a senior resource on the product team.
• Occasional travel may be required.
